Connection is something that I strive to create from a place of authenticity and take great joy in investing in my clients in parallel with their investment in me.

As a lover of the sea and nature, I find great joy in exploring the outdoors and moving my body in various ways. I believe that movement is not just a means to an end but a source of immense pleasure in itself and the journey.
Our bodies are designed to move, and through Personal Training and Pilates, we can unlock the joy of movement while improving our physical fitness and overall well-being. I coach to encourage connection with our bodies so that we are open to experiencing all the feeling associated with movement and seeing what that can teach us.
