For most of us, we are living lives that make this a challenging, if not a nearly impossible, task.
Life is fast-paced, filled with technology and fuelled by dopamine.

This in turn can contribute to living lives where we experience excessive stress, low energy and a disconnect from moving our bodies.

I am sure there are many solutions. But, one that I can offer you, as a Portsmouth Personal Trainer, is an hour free from distractions.

An hour where I guarantee you will be focused on the immediate moment: how your body is moving, how it is feeling, and embracing the connection that allowing someone to train you can provide.
Providing you help and support to work towards improving your health, wellbeing and happiness.

    Taking time out from the day-to-day routine and allowing yourself time to focus on you gives you time for perspective and the release of 'happy hormones' (endorphins) into your system helps combat the negative effects of stress.

    In my opinion, nothing is more important than your health. As a personal trainer, I have had this affirmed on numerous occasions. Through working with clients who have experienced a host of benefits in their lives by taking accountability and prioritising their own health. They are fitter, more mobile, stronger - better equipped to deal with the challenges and joys of life.
    It may sound very cliche, but you know when you are on an airplane and you are told, in case of an emergency, to always attend to yourself first and put on your mask before helping others. For me, health is exactly the same; it is a fundamental building block for experiencing a fulfilling life.
